Take advantage of SENA’s 2007 Home Improvement Program…. « Neighborhood Revitalization Program (NRP) The NRP is a program that directs local government money to the control of the neighborhoods. The program is a neighborhood-driven, grass-roots effort rejuvenating the neighborhoods of Minneapolis. Through the efforts of residents of Standish & Ericsson, a full vision has taken shape and is underway to transform that vision into reality. This neighborhood vision is referred to as the Standish-Ericsson NRP Full Plan, or NRP Goals. SENA is preparing for Phase II of the plan.
