SENA History

Neighborhood Revitalization Program (NRP)
For nearly 20 years, SENA received funding and support from the NRP.  That program officially ended on December 31, 2011.

The NRP was a program that directed local government money to the control of the neighborhoods. The program was a neighborhood-driven, grass-roots effort rejuvenating the neighborhoods of Minneapolis. Through the efforts of residents of Standish & Ericsson, a full vision was shaped and undertaken to transform that vision into reality. This neighborhood vision is referred to as the Standish-Ericsson NRP Full Plan, or NRP Goals.

If you would like more information on this unique, international-award-winning program, visit the Minneapolis NRP on-line site.
