Board of Directors

SENA By-laws state: “The Government of this corporation and the management of its affairs shall be vested in a Board of Directors … [with] not less than seven (7) nor more than twenty-two (22) persons.”

Board members are elected by community members at the Annual Meeting in September and are elected to three-year terms.  Vacated seats may be filled between annual meetings by the Board of Directors.  You are eligible for election to the Board if you live, work or own property within the boundaries of the Standish and Ericsson neighborhoods.

The SENA Board meets regularly on the second Monday of the month at 7:00 p.m. at the SENA office, 1830 East 42nd Street.  (On rare occasions the time and location may change.  Check this site for current information or call the SENA office for verification if you plan to attend a meeting.)

Time is allotted on each agenda for community members who wish to present issues to the Board.  If you wish to be listed on the agenda please contact the SENA office at least one week prior to the meeting.
